We have a long history in Townsend. Our community was established back in 1973, and some of our original owners still live here!

OUR COMMUNITY

Big Valley Resort is nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Townsend, Tennessee. We are a nice community of friendly neighbors who are happy to offer a wave or a helping hand. We love where we live!

OUR VOLUNTEERS

Board of Directors - These dedicated residents are elected to the Board by our community of owners to help keep our community running. They volunteer their time to take care of the maintenance, finances, and daily business of our community. We also have committees of volunteers who help welcome our new residents, provide information, and help make our community better! We appreciate all their hard work!
